Celkon,a Hyderabad based Indian OEM now join with other domestic OEM’s suchs as Micromax,Karbonn,Xolo with the launch of its First Windows OS based SmartPhone “Celkon Win 400”.
This is India’s Cheapest Windows 8.1 SmartPhone and it is officially launched today at an event in Hyderabad.

In competition terms,this device gives a tough competition to Lumia 530 and other domestic makers devices such as Micromax Canvas Win W092,Canvas Win W121,Karbonn Titanium Wind W4,Xolo Win Q900s.
Celkon Claims that 1500mAh battery would last for 1.5 day.This device is available in White and Black Colors and priced at Rs.6400,but Indian E-commerce site SnapDeal is offering a discount of 22%,which bring down the price to Rs.4981.
