Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G Model Launched in India

Oppo Mobiles are very popular for its most of unique designs and their UI ColorOS. If the Oppo Find series is the most desirable smartphone line for those looking for a high-end Oppo device, then the Reno series now offers the best mid-range phones offered by the company. In 2020, Oppo made the name of the Reno line. With the Reno4 series, it has created a multitude of devices starting from 5G Chinese variants to 4G LTE global versions. In late 2020, Oppo updated the Reno 5 series with the attractive and delighted Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G. A few weeks ago there was a 4G variant, but this will not prevent the 5G version from escaping the Chinese market. Today, Oppo has officially started the global campaign of Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G. Oppo Pro 5G continues to affirm the company’s partnership with MediaTek. The phone carries the amazing Dimensity 1000+ chipset which delivers outstanding performance thanks to the Cortex-A77 cores. This chipset offers 5G capabilities and is the first 5G phone to come from Oppo to the Indian market. Processing capacity is supported by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of Internal Storage.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G runs on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 on top and features a 6.55-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 92.1 percent screen-to-body ratio, and 402ppi of pixel density. The display also comes with up to a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, you’ll get the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC, coupled with 8GB and 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM options. The phone comes with the quad rear camera setup that carries a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 lens. The camera setup also includes a 2-megapixel macro shooter and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. For selfies and videos, there is a 32-megapixel camera sensor at the front — with an f/2.4 lens.

The handset also comes with Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac / 6, Bluetooth 5. 1, USB-C 3.1, NFC, but unfortunately, without a 3.5mm headphone jack, this device draws its power from a 4,350mAh battery that supports 65W wired charging. However, only blue and black are moving to India.

In China, The Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G debuted at CNY 3,399 which is approximately Rs.38,400 in India for 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and CNY 3,799 which is roughly about Rs.42,900 in India for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option. With the Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G, Oppo Enco X earbuds are launched which is around CNY 999 in China, costing Rs.11,300 in India.
