Earlier this week, The eCommerce site Amazon has revealed the launch poster on its website. The model M02 is the successor to the Galaxy M01 that was launched in June 2020. It is predicted that the M02 model will be the most affordable handset of Samsung. Amazon has listed the details about Samsung M02 specifications and the smartphone has been launched today. The Galaxy M02 will compete against some other brands’ models such as Poco C3, Redmi 9, Realme C15, and Micromax In 1b.
Samsung Galaxy M02 Pricing:
The Samsung Galaxy M02 is set at the price of ₹6,999 in India for the variant 2GB Ram + 32GB Internal Storage. Yet, it is not revealed the pricing of another Variant which has 3GB Ram and 32GB Internal Storage. Also, the smartphone will have a major clash with Poco M3 as both smartphones will go on sale through the Amazon India website on February 9.

The Samsung Galaxy M02 will come with a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V Display with a Resolution of 720*1600 pixels, a 20:9 ratio (270 PPI density), and a powerful 5000 mAh Battery that comes with 10W fast charging support. The M02 weighs around 206 g (7.27 oz), with the dimension 164 x 75.9 x 9.1 mm (6.46 x 2.99 x 0.36 in) and the build is pretty good with Glass Front, Plastic Back, and Plastic Frame.
The Operating System on which Galaxy M02 will get run is Android 10, One UI 2.0, a Chipset of MediaTek MT6739W. CPU consists of Quad Core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 with GPU PowerVR GE8100, which has a good response but is not too good for hardcore mobile gaming. It also features a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB. The smartphone comes with 32GB of Internal Storage.
