It’s possible that the next Apple event is just on the way Although there hasn’t been any official announcement yet, we believe the iPhone 13, AirPods 3, and Apple Watch 7 will be unveiled during the company’s autumn event, which is expected to take place later this month.
Later this year, we might possibly witness the release of the iPad Mini 6 and a ninth-generation iPad.
Previously, it was speculated that the event will be somewhat in-person, but Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reports that, given Apple’s anticipated intention to delay its return to in-person work, the next event would most likely be fully virtual, similar to last year’s event.
Apple has already held two events in the year 2021. The first event took place in April, and it gave us a first look at new iPad improvements, colorful iMacs, AirTags trackers, a purple iPhone 12, and other new products from Apple. (See the full list of Apple announcements from the spring.)
Apple then hosted its annual WWDC developers conference two months later, during which we got our first glimpse at iOS 15, macOS Monterey (also known as MacOS 12), WatchOS 8, and iPadOS 15 for the first time.
When is the next Apple event taking place? It may be as early as early September or as late as mid-September.
We’re not sure when Apple’s next event will take place, and there hasn’t been any official announcement on when it will take place. However, we think it will take place in the middle of September.
With a spring event in the spring, a summer developer conference in the summer, and one or two additional events in the fall, Apple generally holds three to four events every year. It is customary for the fall activities to take place between September and October. The September event is more likely to have new iPhone and Apple Watch models, whereas the October event is more likely to include new Macs and iPads.
Even though Apple has unveiled its next iPhone during a September event every year since the iPhone 5 in 2012, the company saw a shift in its announcement schedule in 2020 as a result of production delays caused by the flu epidemic.
The Apple Watch 6, Apple Watch SE, and upgraded iPad models were all introduced during the company’s September event, but there was no new iPhone announced. The iPhone 12 was officially unveiled by Apple in October of this year. Because of the epidemic, Apple’s autumn event last year was only available online. According to its tradition, a Livestream will be available on the company’s website.
