Garena Free Fire tournament will be hosted on Booyah! later this week

To celebrate the ongoing festive season, Garena Free Fire, the newest entry to the battle-royale game genre in India, is organizing a competition on its servers. The tournament, which will be called Dussehra Dhamaka, will feature Garena Free Fire streamers on Booyah!, Garena’s own all-in-one platform for gaming live streams and videos, as well as other guests.

On the occasion of Dussehra Dhamaka, a tournament will be held between the top 48 Free Fire streamers. The tournament would have a total prize pool of US$ 3,000 (about Rs 2.26 lakh) in cash and prizes. The competition will take place over two days, on October 15 and 16, respectively. On both days, a live broadcast of the competition will begin at 3 p.m. IST and will continue till the conclusion of the tournament.

The fans who tune in to the Dussehra Dhamaka competition will have the opportunity to win a variety of amazing Free Fire drops during the course of the two-day broadcast, according to Garena.

Jonty Gaming, X-Mania, Instagamer, TripleR, and Gaming Girl will be among the top streamers participating in the Dussehra Dhamaka competition, which will take place on September 16. The competition will be held in the standard Battle Royale format, with each day consisting of six bouts fought against each other. The winners for each day will be selected by a scoring system that will be implemented.

Streamers will be assigned to each team, with an additional +1 who can be a viewer, a moderator, or even a close friend. It will be necessary for streamers to collaborate with other players in order to obtain the most kills possible. Due to the fact that the points system will be based on total kill points rather than placement points, this is necessary. As a result, players will be compelled to go all-in for maximum kills, resulting in more activity throughout the event.

The Dussehra Dhamaka event will also showcase Booyahnewest !’s feature, Multiperspectivity, which will be demonstrated. Viewers will be able to opt-out of the main broadcast and follow the point of view of their favorite streamer on Booyah! with this feature. Users will only need to click on the ‘eye’ icon on the Booyah! India channel and choose their preferred streamer to watch in order to accomplish this.

It is expected that each day there will be a total of 12 teams participating, each of which will have two streamers, for a total of 24 streamers on each day. In other words, spectators will be able to choose between these 24 live streams in addition to the mainstreaming in order to watch the competition. As an added bonus, Garena says that spectators who tune in will have a chance to win drops like as Free Fire emotes, Gun Crates, Weapons, and Diamond Royale gift certificates. For the drops to be available, however, viewers must watch the program for a total of 30 minutes in order to be eligible for them.

Booyah! can be downloaded as an app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, or it can be accessed online on a PC by visiting booyah.live.
