Google Search is currently testing a redesign that will allow users to browse through results on mobile devices indefinitely. When users scroll to the bottom of a search results page, Google Search on mobile will automatically display out more results, according to the most recent update.
If you’re browsing through a list of Google Search results on your mobile device, the new feature introduced by the search giant will eliminate the need to tap the screen in order to see additional results. In the United States, continuous scrolling will be accessible in the Google mobile app for both iOS and Android devices at first.

A blog post published on Thursday by Google revealed the introduction of continuous scrolling. With the introduction of continuous scrolling on mobile devices, Google claims to be making the reading of search results more smooth and intuitive for its customers.
As of the most recent version, when a user approaches the bottom of a search results page on their phone, the following set of results will immediately load with relevant data, eliminating the need to click the see more button at the bottom of the search window. The new Google Search function will be especially useful to individuals who often visit numerous sites in order to view more search results.
In a statement, Google confirmed that the new update would begin to progressively roll out for the majority of English searches conducted on mobile devices in the United States on October 14.
Google has been releasing updates to its applications on a regular basis for quite some time. Earlier this year, the search giant announced a makeover of the Google Search results page on mobile devices in an effort to make searching for information easier and faster for consumers.
The makeover focused on five main aspects: bringing information into focus, making language simpler to read, giving more breathing room, utilizing color to highlight what’s essential, and leaning into the “Googley” atmosphere.
As an analogy, Google recently incorporated an instrument tuner into its search engine, allowing users to tune their guitars without the need for an external application. The new integrated tuner functions in the same way as any other guitar tuning software available on various app stores, and it makes use of the device’s microphone. Now that the function has been activated, users may access it by simply entering “Google tuner” into the Google Search box.
